What is unethical secondary ticketing?
This refers to the unauthorized resale of tickets at inflated prices on unofficial platforms, which takes tickets out of the hands of genuine fans. Tickets resold anywhere other than nakheland.ae are not valid and may be canceled without refund.
How many tickets can I purchase?
There is a strict limit of 6 tickets per person per show to ensure fair access. Duplicate accounts or any suspicious activity aimed at bypassing this limit will result in canceled orders.
What is a Lead Purchaser?
The Lead Purchaser is the person whose name is used during the booking process and who holds the valid photo ID associated with the ticket purchase. They must be present with their group at the event to enter.
But we want to attend as a bigger group or family.
In this case, someone else in your group must make a separate purchase as another Lead Purchaser using a different account and payment method, as each Lead Purchaser can only buy 6 tickets.
Can I buy tickets as a gift?
Yes, but tickets can only be transferred securely through your nakheland.ae account. The recipient must accept the ticket through the official transfer process to access the event.
How do I access my ticket(s)?
Your ticket(s) will be delivered digitally through your account on nakheland.ae as a dynamic QR code closer to the event date. Screenshots will not be accepted at the gates.
What are the age restrictions?
The event is open to all guests aged 5 and above. Attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ (maximum of 4 minors per adult). All guests must bring original ID. Please note that VIP Tables are strictly 21+.

We will offer a secure fan-to-fan ticket exchange up to 14 days before the event. Tickets resold through any unofficial means, whether online or offline, may be canceled without refund and will not grant entry to the event.

Your ticket will appear in your account as a dynamic QR code a few days before the event. Screenshots or copies will not be accepted — QR codes are refreshed regularly for security.
Are cameras allowed?

From Downtown Dubai: Drive south on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Abu Dhabi.
Take the exit for Al Marmoom Conservation Reserve.
Continue on the D63 road until you reach the reserve.​
The journey typically takes about 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.​
By Taxi :
Taxis are available throughout Dubai. Simply inform the driver that you wish to go to the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. The fare may vary based on your pickup location but generally ranges from AED 80 to AED 150.

Public transportation options are limited directly to the reserve. However, you can take the following steps:​
Bus: Take RTA Bus Route 104 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station.
Stop: Disembark at Seh As Shuyeb bus station.
Taxi: From Seh As Shuyeb, take a short taxi ride to the reserve.​
Alternatively, you can take Bus Route 67 or 68 to Seh As Salam Farm and then hire a taxi to the reserve. ​
